Now the next time you're at one of those math parties, with all those first graders from Ancient Rome, you won't feel so self conscious. You're welcome.
Following Arch Linux Discord voting to ban "links to X / Twitter" & death threats towards a journalist, all official Arch Linux channels begin mass censorship campaign.
Ads are filling the entirety of the Web -- websites, podcasts, YouTube videos, etc. -- at an increasing rate. Prices for those ad placements are plummeting. Consumers are desperate to use ad-blockers to make the web palatable. Google (and others) are desperate to break and block ad-blockers. All of which results in... more ads and lower pay for creators.
It's a fascinatingly annoying cycle. And there's only one viable way out of it.

Those in power with openSUSE make it clear they will not allow me anywhere near anything related to the openSUSE project. Ever. For any reason.
Well, that settles that, then! Guess I won't be contributing to openSUSE! 🤣

Me hanging out with the founder of FUTO on their YouTube channel. Talking about… all sorts of randomly nerdy things.
This crazy Arch Linux story apparently isn't over.
The insanity keeps ratcheting up... it's just too wild to ignore.
New show dropping soon.
Given how quickly DOGE (a name and countenance I still can't get over) is proceeding to do things, one wonders. Did they start their work when Trump took office... or some years earlier? After all, surveillance capitalism produces lots of information on people and their activities.
Just a question I have. :)
