Hello all you lovely nerds!
There’s some fun events coming up in Lunduke Journal land — wanted to make sure everyone was in the loop. Here’s the quick run down (which you can also find on The Lunduke Journal Events Calendar):
November 9 — Haiku Week begins! — A full week of the community playing with Haiku OS (the open source BeOS).
November 12 @ 12pm Eastern — “macOS Sucks” — Like “Linux Sucks”… but, you know, for macOS. A live streamed event.
November 12 @ 2pm Eastern — Video Hangout — After “macOS Sucks” we will hang out in a video chat (for Founding Members and Lifetime Subscribers).
December 3 @ 12pm Eastern — Video Hangout — No set topic, just nerds hanging out (for Founding Members and Lifetime Subscribers).
December 7 — PDA Week begins! — We spend a week geeking out about PDAs (PalmOS, Newton, Windows CE, Psion, etc.).
January 4 — 8-Bit Computer Week begins! — Commodore 64. Apple II. Atari. Anything 8-Bit. All week long.
And, of course, we do a text chat (think IRC) over on Lunduke.Locals.com every Saturday at 12pm Eastern (high noon). Very casual. Just a chance to hang out and chit chat.
