Just a little something to noodle on...
The Lunduke Journal exists on two different platforms, right? Substack and Locals.
Each one shares most of the same features and content... but not all.
Substack has RSS feeds and exceptionally nice page layout and readability.
Locals has the community features plus the live chats.
Over the coming weeks I'll be taking increasing advantage of the unique features on each. Like the live video streaming on Locals. And some upcoming stuff on Substack.
There's upsides and downsides to using two different platforms... but the upsides outweigh the downsides... so we'll keep doing that.
Which means... if you want to enjoy all of the Lunduke Journal stuff... you end up wanting a subscription on both sites.
This is why I'm trying to make it as easy and affordable as possible for people to get both. That being the idea behind being able to apply everything you've paid this year... towards upgrading to a subscription type that gives you full access to both sites.
(If you have a monthly sub since January... and you apply that towards a Founding Member yearly sub now... do the math on that. It's a pretty reasonable way to go to get both.)
SUPER DUPER SUBTLE HINT:
You'll want both. For serious.
There's nothing wrong with sticking to a standard monthly or yearly thing on either platform. It's awesome. You'll get to experience the articles and podcasts and all that goodness. But there'll be increasing numbers of things that will only be made possible because of the unique features of each system.
This includes ways we'll be using those unique features... and unannounced, upcoming new features of one of those platforms that I may or may not be privy to.
Worth it.
I'm not going to try to instill the Fear Of Missing Out in everyone... but... seriously. I don't want you to miss out. š¤£
